Anthony Gunter drives the #9 Super Street Stock Class car.  His home track is I-20 Speedway.  He lives in Batesburg, SC.

Team members helping Amp are:  DUI Racing Team, his wife, friends and family and Skebo.  Anthony and Erin are car owners.

Amp started racing in 2004 in the Street Stock Class at I-20 Speedway because he always wanted to and finally had the opportunity to start along with some friends.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include Rookie Season in 2004 won 4 races and finished 3rd in the Points for Street Stock.  Second season won 3 races and Points Champion in Street Stock.

The thrill of racing for Amp is winning.  His most exciting racing moment was when he won his first race in only his 3rd start.  He's most proud of winning as many races as he did in his 2 years of racing and winning the Points Championship for Street Stock last year.

Amp's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Of racing, Amp says, "It's not a cheap hobby to start and it's not as easy as it looks!".
