Bill O'Cain drives the #21 Mini Stock Class car.  His home track is I-20 Speedway but he can also be found racing at I-77 Speedway.  He lives in Leesville, SC.

Team members helping Bill are:  Daddy, Pat, Lynn Smith, Big Glenn, Lil Glenn, Chad Rice.  Car owner is PHO.

Bill started racing in 2001 in the Stock 4 Class at I-20 Speedway for the fun of it.  His first win was in 2005 in the Mini Stock at I-20 Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for Bill is the rush.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of his friends. 

Bill's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
