Steven Caviness drives the #83 Super Stock Class car.  His home track is I-77 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Carolina Speedway and Thunder Valley Speedway.  He lives in Charlotte, NC.  People who help Steven are:  Marcia Caviness, Travis Caviness, Kenny, Ronnie, Donnie, David, Dan.  Special thanks to Smurf for doing a great job lettering the car.

Steven started racing in 1993 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Metrolina because he loved going fast. 

The thrill of racing for Steven is going fast, racing against others.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Heat race win at Metrolina Speedway.  He's most proud of teaching his son to race (Chris Smith) and watching him do good.

Steven's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
