Kevin Godwin drives the #G2 Late Model Class car.  His home track is I-77 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Lancaster Motor Speedway and Sumter Speedway.  He lives in Blythewood, SC.  People who help Kevin are:  Jon Godwin (car owner), Debbie Godwin, Gene Kelly, Wes McRoy, Christina, Danny Johnson, Jasmine Limas, Bill Stanic.

He started racing in 1992 in the Go-Karts Class at Sunshine Cartway because his Dad has always raced and it was fun as a kid.  Career highlights were his first year racing at Late Model. 

The thrill of racing for Kevin is doing good and seeing everybody happy when I come to the pits.  His most exciting racing moment was leading his first race.  He's most proud of his car and team's history.

Kevin's racing hero is Jon Godwin.

Of racing, Kevin says, "It's like any business..if you want to be successful, you have to work at it!".
