Jacob Catoe

Jacob Catoe drives the #17 Super Stock 4 Class car.  He lives in Lancaster, NC.  His home track is Lancaster Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 2004 in the Stock 4 at Lancaster Motor Speedway because his Dad races and Jacob wanted to follow in his footsteps. 

The thrill of racing for Jacob is getting out there and being able to finish.  His most exciting racing moment was when a car hit Jacob's car in the quarter panel going into turn 3 and 4 and he almost spun out but he saved the car.  He's most proud of being able to finish a race and not mess up the car. 

Jacob's racing hero is his Dad, Joey Catoe.

Of racing, Jacob says, "That it is fun, and its a lot harder than  than it looks !".
