The thrill of racing for Chris is VICTORY!
His most exciting racing moment was winning the Burns Ford Super Stock
Nationals at Lancaster Motor Speedway in 2001. He started dead last,
got drivers side door and fenders torn off in wreck on first lap.
White flag lap was running second, coming to Checker Flag the leader (Jeff
Knight) blew his engine. Chris won by 1/2 car length. He's
most proud of being a clean driver and having a reputation for it.
Any driver knows when he's behind them or beside them he won't run over
them on purpose.
Of racing, Chris says, "Do it as long as
you enjoy it. When racing is no longer fun.....quit!".
