Kevan Horton

Kevan Horton drives the #37 Rookie Class car.  He lives in Lancaster, SC.  His home track is Lancaster Speedway.  Kevan's #37 car is black, red and white and is the first car he's built on his own with help from some good friends.

Kevan started racing in the Go Kart class at Kershaw because he loves speed!  His first win was in 2002 in Go Karts at Hanging Roc.  He finished 2nd in the points in the Go Karts and hopes to do the same in the Rookie 4 Class this year.

The thrill of racing for Kevan is going fast and holding on!  He's most proud that he and his teammates built the cars themselves and are very proud of them.

Bill Elliott is Kevan's racing hero.

Kevan can be heard saying "look how fast that car is turning!".
