Benji Knight runs a Crate Class car.  He lives in Lancaster, SC.  His home track is Lancaster Speedway but he can also be found racing at Carolina Speedway.

He started racing in 2002 in the Modified 4 Class at Lancaster Speedway because his Dad did it all his life and Benji wanted to do it too.  His first win was in 2002 in the Modified 4 Class at Lancaster Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Benji is the speed and trying to make it to Nascar.  His greatest racing thrill is winning the race.  His most exciting racing moment was out running a $10,000 car with a $1,000 car.

Benji's racing hero is Wild Bill Knight.

Of racing, Benji says, "Can't out run them, out think them!".
