Joe Howie drives the #46 Super Stock Class car. He lives in Fort Mill, S.C. His home track is Lancaster but he can also be found racing at Carolina, Gaffney and Chester.

He started racing in 1992 in Super Stock in Lancaster in a Chevy Camero. His first win was in 1993 in TL Class at Lancaster. Career highlights includes 3rd Place Points in 1993.
