Jason Starnes drives the #4 Pure Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Lancaster Motor Speedway.  He lives in Lancaster, SC.

Jason started racing in 2004 in the Pure Street Stock Class at Lancaster Motor Speedway because he loves it.  His Dad raced in '86 and has always helped others with their cars.  It's how Jason and his brother grew up.  Jason's first win was August 20, 2005 in the Pure Street at Lancaster Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include winning his first race in his first full year of racing.

The thrill of racing is awesome. Nothing like it!  His most exciting racing moment was when Jason led every lap of his first win and after he crossed the line and saw all of his family and crew.  He's most proud of his first win.

Jason's racing heroes are Kenny Polston and Bill Elliott.
