Daniel Whiteside drives the #72 Pure Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Lancaster Motor Speedway.  He lives in Indianland, SC.

Team members helping Daniel are:  James Marion, Matt Thrower, Chip Thrower, Paul Marion, Daniel Whiteside.  Charlie Whiteside is the car owner.

Daniel started racing in 2004 in the Pure Street Stock Class at Lancaster Motor Speedway for the thrill and challenge.

The thrill of racing for Daniel is being able to rebuild a totaled race car.  His most exciting racing moment was when he flipped off the wall and walked away.

Daniel's racing hero is Nascar's Jr. Johnson.
