Daniel Carter lives in Mineral Springs, N.C. His home track is Lancaster but he can also be found racing in Chester, S.C.

He began racing in 2003 in Pure Street Class at Lancaster because Robbie "Frog" Jordan got him hooked into racing. Career highlight includes winning Track Championship in Go Kart in 1996.

The thrills of racing for Daniel are speed and sliding. His most exciting racing moment was when he finished 5th in Pure Street Shootout 100 Lap Race. He is most proud that he can show other people that being deaf does not prevent you from doing anything you want.

Daniel's racing hero is Robbie "Frog" Jordan.

Of racing, Daniel says, "Racing is the most exciting sport in the world. It brings out the best in you!".
