Chris Bates

Chris Bates drives the #7 Rookie 4 Class car.  He lives in Richburg, SC.  His home track is Lancaster Speedway but he can also be found racing at Carolina Speedway and Buffalo Speedway.

He started racing in 2003 in the Rookie 4 Class to feel the rush.  Chris finished 5th in the Points at Lancaster his first year and he's finished 3rd twice in a Heat race.

The thrill of racing for Chris is the side by side racing!  He's most proud of finishing 15 straight races.

Dale Earnhardt is Chris's racing hero.

Of racing, Chris says, "Forget about it!".
