Seth Young drives the #01 Rookie 4 Class car.  Seth lives in Iva, SC. His home track is Laurens County Speedway.

Seth began racing in 2002 in the  Rookie Class at Laurens Speedway. He says he started racing Karts then wanted to move up to cars.  Seth's first win was in 2002 at Laurens. His career highlights include: Leading points in 2003, and 7th in points in 2002.

Seth says the thrill of racing for him is " It's fun, I like going fast and racing door to door!".  The most exhilarating moment was winning his first race. Seth is most proud of leading in points this year.

He would like people to know, " I started racing Karts in 1997. From 1998-2001 I won Points Championship every year.  2002 was my first race in a car and I got 7th in points that year and currently I am first in points this year!".

Seth's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
