Michael Lyons drives the #5 Dwarf Class car.  His home track is Laurens County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Modoc Speedway and Mileback Speedway.  He lives in Gray Court, SC.

Team members helping Michael are:  Perry Corker, Danny Morgan, Chriss Bragg, Adam Hughes.  Perry Corker is the car owner.

Michael started racing in 1999 in the Go Karts Class at Laurens County Speedway because it was a family thing!  His first win was in 1999 in Go Karts at Mileback Speedway and in 2006 in Dwarfs at Mileback Speedway.  Career highlights include winning the first two races he drove in with Dwarf cars, winning 13 races last year and counting, winning 63 races the last year he drove Go Karts, winning the first race he drove in at Modoc Speedway in '07.

The thrill of racing for Michael is winning!  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of winning money races.

Michael's racing hero is himself.
