Matthew Cole drives the #82 Cadets Class car.  Matthew lives in Honea Path, SC. His home track is Laurens County Speedway.

2002 marked Matthew's first year racing in the Cadets Class at Laurens County Speedway.

The thrill of racing for him is "fun".   He is happy just to finish a race.  He is most proud just to be racing.

" It's a different experience," he says.

Matthew's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
