Mary Beth Hicks drives the #14 Young Guns Class car.  Her home track is Mileback Speedway but she can also be found racing at Hartwell.  She lives in Donalds, SC.

Team members helping Mary Beth are:  Paul Hicks, Mikey Hicks, Cynthia Collins, Josh Hicks, Mike Kernells.  Paul Hicks is the car owner.

Mary Beth started racing in 2007 in the Young Guns Class at Mileback Speedway because they said girls couldn't race and she wanted to prove them wrong...and then she fell in love with it.  Career highlights include winning Heat Races and overcoming all of their troubles.

The thrill of racing for Mary Beth is going fast, turning left and going nowhere fast.  Her most exciting racing moment was coming in 2nd her first race and the steering wheel coming off in her hand when she was going for the lead.  She's most proud of having her number one sponsor, Jesus Christ, as part of her racing career.

Mary Beth's racing hero is Kasey Kahne.

Of racing, Mary Beth says, "That it's not just fun, it's a time that me and my Dad get to spend together.  And that girls can race!".
