Shawn Volzka drives the #17 Hobbie Stock Class car.  His home track is Mileback Speedway but he can also be found racing at Riverside Speedway.  He lives in Piedmont, SC.

Shawn started racing in 2004 in the Stock 8 Class at Riverside Speedway because he'd always loved racing and always wanted to do it. 

The thrill of racing for Shawn is the speed and passing cars.  His most exciting racing moment was running with the top drivers at Riverside Speedway.  He's most proud of finishing more races than not. 

Shawn's racing hero is Dale Jarrett.
