Tony Quarles drives the #Q7 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Laurens County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Mileback Speedway.  He lives in Harrisburg, NC.

Team members helping Tony are:  Kevin Powell, Bryan Powell, Joe Stargel, Cliff Owensby, Mike Leevnells.

Tony started racing in 1978 in the Cadet Class at Newberry Speedway after loving to watch racing as a kid.  His first win was in 1980 in the Cadet Class at Newberry Speedway.  Career highlights include 1993 Track Championship, 1995 Track Championship and 11 wins.

The thrill of racing for Tony is winning.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of 2 Track Championships.

Tony's racing hero is David Pearson.

Of racing, Tony says, "It's a great sport for kids to grow up in.  Keeps kids out of trouble!'.
