Ronald McCumbers

Ronald McCumbers drives the #13 Super Street Class car.  He lives in Augusta, GA.  His home track is Modoc Speedway but he can also be found racing at I-20 Speedway. He got his first win at Modoc Speedway in 2003 in the stock V/8 class.

Ronald began racing in the fall of 2002 in the Stock V8 class at I-20 Speedway and Gordon Park Speedway to carry on a family tradition. He'd been working on cars since 1989 so decided to drive. 

The thrill of racing for Ronald is driving  and working on his car. His most exhilarating racing moment was starting in the back of the field and finishing in the top 5. He's most proud of the consistency from week to week to finish great.

Eddie Dinkins is Ronald's  racing hero.

Of racing, Ronald says, "It is very exciting!".
