Michael Givens

Michael Givens drives the #57 Stock 4 Class car.  His home track is Modoc Speedway but he can also be found racing at I-20 Speedway and Gordon Park Speedway.  He lives in Williston, SC.

Team members helping Michael are:  Tommy Landis, Wayne Cooper, Eric Cooper, Jonathan Givens.  Tommy Landis is the car owner.

Michael started racing in 1990 in the Mini Stock Class at Columbia Speedway because he had a Pontiac Sunbird.  His first win was in 1992 in the Mini Stock Class at Columbia Speedway.  Career highlights include Screven Motor Speedway Championship in 2003.

The thrill of racing for Michael is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was the first win.  He's most proud of the hard work and clean driving. 

Of racing, Michael says, "Never give up!".
