Eric Knight

Eric Knight drives the #01 Mini Stock Class car.  He lives in Shallotte, NC.  His Home Track is Myrtle Beach Speedway.  

Eric's #01 car is the silver and red Ford Mustang.

He started racing in 2003 in the Mini Stock Class because he's always enjoyed watching it and wanted to give it a try!  In 2001 he finished 2nd in the Stock Lite and Stock Med Championship in Kart Racing at Columbus County Kartway.  Other highlights include 1998 Blue Plate Champion at Southern Kartway Loris, SC.

The thrill of racing for Eric is the need to speed!  The greatest racing thrill was winning the championship in Kart Racing.

Of racing, Eric says, "I live my life one lap at a time!".
