Louie is from Supply, NC.  Myrtle Beach Speedway is his home track.  He started racing in 1991 in the Street Class at the Myrtle Beach Speedway.

Louie started racing to get off the street - "street racing" - that is.  He had his first win in 1992 in the Street Class at Myrtle Beach Speedway.

Louie's career highlights include Street Track Champion in 1992 with over 30 wins.

His greatest racing thrill was celebrating his first win in 1992 and also nabbing the Street Track Championship.

His greatest racing moment was helping his son win a championship in 1999 and placing second to him.

His racing hero is the late Dale Earnhardt.
