Wade Skipper Drives the #2 Truck. He lives in  Conway, S.C. His home track is  Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He began racing in  1979 in Street Class at Conway because his Dad had raced. His first win was in 1979 in Street at Conway. Career highlights include several Championships in the 1980's and 90's. Running Dirt and Asphalt, he has won about 300 races.

The thrill of racing for Wade is the side by side racing. His most exciting racing moment was in 1988 when he won all 16 races at Myrtle Beach Speedway in Charger Class. He is most proud of the people he has met and the friends he has made.

His racing hero is Cale Yarborough.

Of racing, Wade says, " It's a great sport and a way to meet great people".
