Ricky Smith drives the #44 Charger Class car.  He lives in Myrtle Beach SC.  His Home Track is Myrtle Beach Speedway.

Ricky's #44 car is the yellow '76 Chevy Nova 350.

He started racing in 1990 in the Street Stock Class at Myrtle Beach Speedway as a hobby.  His first win was in 1991 in the Street Stock Class.  He's had 29 wins and was the 2002 Track Champion!

The thrill of racing for Ricky is to win!  That is what he is most proud of in his career.......the wins!

Dale Earnhardt is Ricky's racing hero.
