Todd Amerson drives the #51 Street Stock Class car. He lives in Darlington, S.C. His home track is Myrtle Beach Speedway but he can also be found racing at Florence Motor Speedway.

He began racing in 2002 in Thunder & Lightening Class at Florence Motor Speedway because  he had always wanted to race. As a kid he raced Go Karts and ended up in Stock cars. His first win was in 2002 in Thunder & Lightening at Florence.

The thrills of racing for Todd are competition, winning  and racing with other Drivers. His most exciting racing moment was going to  Summerville Speedway because he had never raced there before, never seen the track, ran 2nd Place in the big race in 2002. He is most proud of being able to compete race and win and still be able to hold up the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior.

His racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
