Jimmy L. Best drives the #69 Street Stock Class car. He loves in Myrtle Beach, S.C. His home track is Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He began racing in  2004 in Street Stock Class at Myrtle Beach Speedway because he used to drag race and he liked going with his brother in law.

His most exciting racing moment is when he takes back his spot on the track. He is most proud of not damaging his car.

His racing hero is Rob Tall #11.
