James A Coggins drives the #77 Renegade Class car.  He lives in Travelers Rest, SC.  His home track is Riverside Speedway.

He started racing at the age of 15 in the Rookie 4 and Limited 4 Classes at Riverside Speedway because he didn't have anything else to do and it kept him out of trouble.  His first win was in 2003 in the Renegade Class at Riverside.

Career highlights are his first win at Riverside in April of 2003.  After 15 years of racing, the hard work finally paid off.

The thrill of racing for James is winning!  His most exhilarating racing experience is "all of it!".

James's racing hero is #40 Sterling Marlin.
