Bill Morgan drives the #M1 Thunder & Lightning Class car.  He lives in Pickens, SC.  His home track is Riverside Speedway.

Bill's #M1 car is the red and blue J&J Race Cars Chevy.

He started racing in 1967 in the 4 Cyl Class at Echo Valley, SC because his wife-to-be's father raced.....to get to her Bill had to go to the races.  His first win was in 1967 in the 4 Cyl Class.  Career highlights include Alabama State Champ in 1981, 1982 and 2002, National Champ in 2002 and Riverside Track Champ in 1980, 1985, 2001 and 2002.

The thrill of racing for Bill is his 637 wins!  He's most proud of his son racing.

Of racing, Bill says, "If you try it, you'll like it!".
