Glenn Mappus

Glenn Mappus drives the #77 Street Stock Class car.  He lives in Ridgeville, SC.  His home track is Hardeeville Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Summerville Speedway and Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He started racing in 1996 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Summerville Speedway because he'd wanted to for a long time.  His first win was in 1999 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Summerville Speedway.  In 2001 he had 4 wins at Summerville. Glenn was the 2002 Street Stock Track Champion at Hardeeville Motor Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Glenn is the side by side racing in a turn.  His most exciting racing moment was winning from dead last!  He's most proud of his 2002 Track Championship.
