Fred is from Ridgeville SC.  Hardeeville  Speedway is his home track. He began racing in 1992 in the T & L class at Summersville. He started racing because it was a good hobby

He got his first win in a hobby stock at Summersville Speedway in 1999.

The Adrenalin is the thrill of racing for Fred.    His first win was his greatest racing thrill.   He says "Every second in the race car is a great moment."

Dale Earnhardt is his racing hero.
