J. J. Driggers lives in  Summerville, S.C. His home track is Summerville Speedway but he can also be found racing at Florence Motor Speedway and Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He began racing in 1991 in Street Stock Class at Summerville Speedway because of family. His first win was in 1991 in Street Stock at Summerville. Career highlight includes, Championships 1993-1995.

The thrill of racing for him is just the sport of it. His most exciting racing moments are  racing with  Great drivers. He is most proud of all of his wins and Championships.

J. J. 's racing heroes are Dale Earnhardt Sr., Dale Earnhardt Jr. and James Driggers.

Of racing, J. J. says, "Don't do it for the money, it's just a sport".
