Earl Farmer lives in Leland, NC. His home
track is Carolina Speedway but he can also be found racing at Sumter
Speedway and Fayetteville Motorsports.
He began racing in 1992 in Jr. Late Model
Class at Fayetteville, NC. because of a Family Tradition. His first win
was in 2002 in 4 Cyl. at Carolina Speedway. Career highlights include
finishing 2nd in Points at Carolina Speedway in 2001-Charger Division, won
Car Show in 2004 at Carolina Speedway in the Super Street Division.
The thrill of racing for Earl is the
competition. His most exciting racing moment was when he won his first
race in Four Cylinder in 2002 at Carolina Speedway. He is most proud of
being able to carry on the tradition of racing that his Father started
about 45 years ago.
His racing hero is his daddy "Buster
Farmer".
Of racing, Earl says, "Do not get in it
for the money. Do it as a hobby and you will enjoy it a lot more."
