John "Mike" Friel drives the #67 Bomber Class car.  His home track is Sumter Speedway.  He lives in Pinewood, SC.

Mike started racing in 2007 in the Bomber 6 Cyl Class at Sumter Speedway for fun and something to do.  Career highlights include finishing 8th in his first start in '07.

The thrill of racing for Mike is winning and having fun.  His most exciting racing moment was just being out here and having fun. 

Mike's racing heroes are Gregg Anderson, Johnny Welch and Kevin Harvick.
