Thomas Skinner Jr. drives the #99 Pure Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Sumter Speedway but he can also be found racing at Orglethorpe Speedway.  He lives in South Carolina.

Team members helping Thomas are:  Billy Brown, Allen Colson, Rhonda Skinner.  Penny Skinner is the car owner.

Thomas started racing in 1986 in the Pure Street Stock Class at Sumter Speedway because racing has always been in the family. 

The thrill of racing for Thomas is speedway and wanting his first win.  His most exciting racing moment was staying on the track.  He's most proud of building and racing an automobile that he built with his own two hands.

Thomas's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Thomas says, "I hope the gas prices start dropping.  I go to work, to pay for my profession, Racing!".
