Junior Searcy drives the #7 Young Guns Class car.  His home track is Travelers Rest Speedway but he can also be found racing at Harris Speedway.  He lives in Asheville, NC.

Team members helping Junior are:  Dad, Mom, Poppy, Jeff, Nathan.

Junior started racing in 2007 in the Young Guns class at Travelers Rest Speedway because he's always wanted to drive a race car.  Career highlights include finishing a race, not a lap down.

The thrill of racing for Junior is going fast and sliding sideways.  His most exciting racing moment was when he came in 3rd in his first racing experience.  He's most proud of learning how to drive and his friends wish they could do it too.

Junior's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Junior says, "You make a lot of friends, it's fun, you get to spend time with your family and it can be expensive!".
