Spensor
Watson
#66
Spensor Watson drives the #66 Street Stock
Class car. He lives in Bethel, Ohio. His home track is
Florence Speedway but he can also be found racing at Muskingum County
Speedway, Brown County Speedway and Eldora Speedway.
He started racing in 1996 in the Bomber
Class at Florence Speedway because he liked to drink beer and watch racing
but then decided racing was the best of the two evils. His first win
was in 1999 in the Street Stock Class at Florence Speedway. In 2001
Spensor won the World Championship in Street Stock.
The thrill of racing for Spensor is the
competition. His most exciting racing moment was when he won the
World Championship at Muskingum County Speedway in 2001. He's most
proud of winning at Muskingum County Speedway. He never thought he'd
come close and winning was such a surprise to his entire team. But
they were all proud of their accomplishment.
Dale Earnhardt is Spensor's racing hero.
Of racing, Spensor says, "It's fun but
expensive!".
