Tom "The Lumber Jack" Carlisle Jr. drives the #5029 Super Pro Class Drag Car.  His home track is Gateway International Raceway, but he can also be found racing at Bluegrass Raceway, Memphis Motorsports Park and Music City Raceway.  He lives in Foristell, MO.

Team members helping Tom are:  Girlfriend - Kelly, Engine & Car Builder - Leroy Payne, Brother - Geoff, Friends - Julie & Randy.

Tom started racing in 2000 in the Trophy Street Class at Mid America Raceway because he loves racing....the feel, sound, smell and going fast.  His first win was in that same year. 

The thrill of racing for Tom is winning for Christ.  His most exciting racing moment was when a Buddy blew up right next to Tom at the finish, just about taking Tom out.  Fortunately, his Buddy was not hurt.  He's most proud of not wrecking when his girlfriend, Kelly, wears a bikini top.  It's his Mom's old car, started as a 6 cyl.

Tom's racing heroes are John Force and Leroy Payne.
