Robert started racing in 2004 in the Modified Class at 281 Speedway becuse he built cars for 10 years, his friend drove one and died in 2003, and he owned 4 cars so he started driving. His first win was in that same year in the Mini Class at 281 Speedway. Career highlights include winning 4th race he entered, 3 feature wins in 2004, and winning back to back features in 2005.

The thrill of racing for Robert is tuning on the chassis. His most exciting moment was his first feature win. He is most proud of the number of his cars that have won a feature.
