Robert Black drives the #07 IMCA Sport Mod Class car.  His home track is 85 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Heart O Texas Speedway.  He lives in Waco, TX.

Team members helping Robert are:  Charles Rhodes, Jeremy Rhodes, Robby Black, Rylee Black, Cody Daniels, Jimmy Reid, Mike VanCleave, Benny Everhart.  Jeremy Rhodes is the car owner.

Robert started racing in 1997 in the Pure Stock Class at Heart O Texas Speedway because it is a family tradition.  His first win was in '98 in the Pure Stock Class at Heart O Texas Speedway.  Career highlights include Championship in Pure Stock in '98 and '02, won Sims Regional Race against 73 cars, won Race of Champions in '06 and won Championship in IMCA Sport Mod in '08, 65 career Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for Robert is having fun.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Race of Champions in '06.  He's most proud of carrying the Black last name in racing.

Robert's racing hero is his Dad, Rocky Black.
