Dave Murphy drives the #11 Mini Stock Class car.  His home track is Boyd Raceway.  He lives in Azle, TX.

Team members helping Dave are:  Rod Murphy, Carla Harrington, Ther, Langston Layne, Chris Lansfont.  Kala Murphy is the car owner.

Dave started racing in 2007 in the Mini Stock Class at Boyd Raceway after doing one lap, he was addicted.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include getting to race with his Dad and brother his first year. 

The thrill of racing for Dave is the rush of driving through a wreck and finding the edge of disaster.  His most exciting racing moment was betting Lightning McQueen in a Heat. 

Dave's racing hero is Cale Yarborough #11.

Of racing, Dave says, "More addictive than drugs!".
