Matt Yates drives the #15 Modified Class car.  His home track is Boyd Raceway but he can also be found racing at 281 Speedway.  He lives in Springtown, TX.

Team members helping Matt are:  Mike Yates, Charlie Moore, Joe Andrews. 

Matt started racing in 1995 in the Bomber Class at Boyd Raceway because he grew up at the races watching at Cowtown Speedway.  His first win was in '96 in the Bomber Class at Boyd Raceway.  Career highlights include finishing in 2nd place in Points in the Bomber class.

The thrill of racing for Matt is going fast and turning left.  His most exciting racing moment was the last race he was in. 

Matt's racing hero is David Morrell.

Of racing, Matt says, "It's a lot of money but you could be doing worse things!".
