Charlie Harmon II drives the #199 IMCA
Modified Class car. His home track is Boyd Raceway but he can also
be found racing at Kennedale Speedway Park, and Lake County Speedway.
He lives in Oak Point, TX.

Charlie started racing in 1994 in the Go
Carts Class at Balch Springs Speedway because he had watched Joey
Sonntag and he helped Charlie out. His first win was in 1999 in
the Mini Stock Class at Boyd Raceway. Career highlights include
finishing 2nd in the Points in Modifieds 3 times.
The thrill of racing for Charlie is
being able to compete and race clean. His most exciting racing
moment was winning Boyd Grand Nationals. He's most proud of having
fun and meeting friends.

and Dale Earnhardt.
