Mike Trigg

Mike Trigg drives the #M1 IMCA Modified Class car.  His home track is Champion Motor Speedway.  He lives in Gardendale, TX.

Team members helping Mike are:  Tamra Trigg, Bob Trigg, Christine Trigg.  Trigg Racing is the car owner.

Mike started racing in 1982 in the Street Stock Class at Twin Cities Speedway because his family was already racing.  It's all he ever wanted to do.  His first win was in '83 in the Late Model Class at Twin Cities Speedway.  Career highlights include a lot of friends made and a lot of miles traveled, Southwest Championship (Amarillo, TX), Pepsi Challenge at Lubbock Motor Speedway and over 50 Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for Mike is earning the respect of fellow racers by racing clean and being fast.  He's most proud of racing on a limited budget but always able to be competitive.

Mike's racing hero is Darrell Waltrip.
