Brandon Taylor drives the #5* IMCA Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Boyd Raceway but he can also be found racing at Kennedale Speedway Park.  He lives in Granbury, TX.

Team members helping Brandon are:  Ed Spatzerath, Carl Fowler, Robert Palmer, Mom, Dad, Tony Scott, Wayne Harris.  Michael Taylor - Dad, is the car owner.

Brandon started racing in 2005 in the Mini Stock Class at 281 Speedway after going with friends.  His first win was in '09 in the Hobby Stock Class at Boyd Raceway.  Career highlights include Top 10 in Nation in IMCA Hobby Stock Rookie Points in '08, raced Young Guns Shootout in first season of the series in '07.

The thrill of racing for Brandon is competing against very fast competitors and learning to be fast.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Feature in Hobby Stock at Boyd Raceway.  He's most proud of being competitive and winning races.  Having lots of friends and fans at the race tracks.

Brandon's racing hero is Donny Shotz.
