Philip Houston drives the #71H Modified Class car.  His home track is Champion Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Cardinal Speedway and Lady Luck Speedway.  He lives in Odessa, TX.

Philip started racing in 1995 in the Mini Stock Class at Penwell Raceway because his Dad was racing then.  Career highlights include '03 New Mexico State Stock Car Champion, Champion Motor Speedway Modified Champion in '07 & '08, Runner Up at Lady Luck Speedway in '08.

The thrill of racing for Philip is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was the 3 wide finish at Duel in Desert for I-Stock at Cardinal Motor Speedway.  He's most proud of his Track Championships.
