Julie Boettler drives the #97 IMCA
Southern Sport Mod Class car. Her home track is Aztec Speedway but
she can also be found racing at Fairgrounds Speedway. She lives in

Julie started racing in 1998 in the Mini
Stock Class at Aztec Speedway because her Dad always raced and she grew
up around it. He asked her if she wanted a car and she said yes!
Her first win was that same year. Career highlights include '08
IMCA Stock Car Track Champion at Fairgrounds Speedway, finishing 16th in
the National IMCA Points in Southern Sport Mod in '09, finishing 10th in
National IMCA Points in Southern Sport Mod in '10, Mid Season
Championship in '11 at Aztec Speedway, winning Ryan Bard Memorial race
at Aztec Speedway in '11.
The thrill of racing for Julie is the
adrenaline rush...it's addicting! Her most exciting racing moment
was winning the Ryan Bard Memorial race at Aztec Speedway in '11 and
winning the Track Championship in I-Stock. She's most proud of
being competitive. She feels she has a good shot at any race or
race track that she goes to.
