Don Smith drives the #12C Modified Class car. His home track is State Fair Speedway. He lives in Mustang, OK.

Team members helping Don are: Kale Knight, Carey Smith, Trevor Smith, Karsen Veazey, Chuck Smith and Todd Reed. Don Smith is the car owner.

Don started racing in 1998 in the Mini Stock Class at Dutton Speedway because his father raced. His first win was in 2000 in the Mini Stock Class at Dutton Speedway. Career highlights include changing to the Modified Class.

The thrill of racing for Don is the people. His most exciting moment was racing in the Topless 100. He is most proud of doing it all by himself.

Don's racing hero is his Father.

Of racing, Don says, "There is no feeling in the world like running out front against guys that bring there cars to the race with 300 thousand rigs and your using an open trailer!"
