Justin Lamar drives the #J121 Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Cowtown Speedway but he can also be found racing at Grand Prairie Speedway and Heart O Texas Speedway.  He lives in Midlothian, TX.

Team members helping Justin are:  Joey Powers, Papa, Ryan Powers, Billy Thunder, Nene.  Ed Lamar and Sylvia Lamar are the car owners.

Justin started racing in 2002 in the Go Karts Class at Cowtown Speedway because he went to a race to watch, loved it and bought a Go Kart on the last night of the season.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include finishing 8th his first year, 5th his second year.  He finished 4th his first year in Mini Stock and 2nd his 2nd year. 

The thrill of racing for Justin is going fast and turn left plus the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was when he won his very first Feature race in the Mini Stocks.  He's most proud of finishing 2nd in the Points in '05 in Mini Stocks.

Justin's racing hero is Carl Edwards.

Of racing, Justin says, "Have to be patient, wait for the right time to make a move, race clean and get it sideways and turn left, coming to the finish line first!".
