Larry Smitherman drives the #74 Bomber Class car.  His home track is Cowtown Speedway.  He lives in Mansfield, TX.

Larry started racing in 1990 in the Street Stock Class at Cowtown Speedway because it is a family tradition.  His first win was in '98 in the Bomber Class at Cowtown Speedway.  Career highlights include Track Championship in the Bomber Class at Cowtown Speedway in '98, '02 Champion at Kennedale Speedway Park, '02 Hobby Stock, '06 Cowtown Speedway Bomber Champion.

The thrill of racing for Larry is racing with his brother and son.  His most exciting racing moment is all of it.
